02. Samples: Will only be accepted and processed via fax,
e-mail or Ohinge's website located at http://www.ohinge.com.
Orders: Will only be accepted, processed and
acknowledged via fax, mail or email. All prices are based on
our standard function, scheduling, packaging, and QC Procedures.
Special function, scheduling, packaging, payment,Requirements are available by quotation and typically run
5% to 10% higher. |
03. Cancellations: No cancellation of orders will be accepted
unless approved by us and submitted in written agreement. However,
completely finished orders can not be cancelled. Partially completed
orders can be cancelled only after payment for
labor expended prior to date of cancellation.
Changes/corrections: No changes will be accepted
after the order has been put into production;
Damage: All claims must be made to Ohinge within 24 hours after receipt of goods. Returns requested
on items that have been outside Ohinge's care for more than
24 hours will not be accepted for any reason. |
| 04. Prices: We do not sell ready products; our sales representatives will be able to make offer
only after knowing your purchasing qty., logo art works, the
delivered places etc. |
| 05. Overruns/underruns: Every effort will
be made to ship exact quantities requested. However, an allowance
of over/under of 5% is required on all orders. |
| These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions
you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Ohinge
signs them or not. Ohinge reserves the right to make changes
to this site and these Conditions at any time. |
